Michelle Fritsch, Pharm.D., BCGP has a passion for healthy aging and education. She is a specialist in medication use in people over 60. She is founder and CEO of Retirement Wellness Strategies, LLC where she guides those retiring to create a long-term health plan and other key elements of a fulfilling retirement.  She is also co-founder of Propel Comprehensive Wellness, LLC which uses a subscription model to share the same information in pre-recorded short videos and workbooks.  Most recently, she is working with the Life Purpose Scan team to launch a tool that will allow us all to know when someone is unable to perform at their best and make good decisions so that we can come alongside and support them.  This will be a key factor in her work with those retiring.

She has a long history in academia and primary care practice.  She has taught physicians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physician assistants.  She has created, led, and assisted in numerous interprofessional education events.  She has practiced with large and small interprofessional teams. Their work has been highlighted at national meetings including a CDC Translation Conference.  She is an author, a teacher, a mentor, a speaker, a blogger, and embraces her weird.

Danny, Meg, and Ellie are her precious kids. Ken is her amazing supportive husband. After over 25 years of academia and academic administration she took the leap to find new, creative ways to promote healthy aging and development of health profession entrepreneurs.  She receives so much joy, connection, and support through Medipreneurs.  What an unexpected piece of the adventure this has been.  Let’s encourage each other to reach new heights!
