TRACK 1: Building the Perfect Pitch Deck - Eric Kirsch, PA

 

The pitch deck is a tool that allows one to build, share, and revise their vision.  Every entrepreneur should have one!
In this workshop you will be learning about different types and uses of decks. Then you will build an investment deck by going through a series of questions that need to be answered to properly communicate your vision. Eric will be describing different strategies to presenting information, from slide content to audience engagement strategies.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a lap-top with powerpoint for this workshop.

 

TRACK 2: Tech to Keep Patients Engaged - Bryan Dennstedt & Olga Ryzhikova

 

Some of the attendees asked for information about ways to keep touch-points with clients between visits.  Bryan and Olga will lead a workshop to help you explore current options, coming options, and ways to build connections between your current systems and the ones you choose.

Showcase your innovative solutions to a panel of respected judges for a chance to access resources and support to advance your vision. Participants will have dedicated time to refine their pitches throughout the weekend. The competition features a 30-second elevator pitch, with the top three finalists granted a total of 5 minutes each to present their businesses to our esteemed judges.

Shawn Nason

Shawn Nason, founder and CEO of MOFI, best-selling author, and former Walt Disney Imagineer, lives his life with a commitment to create radical relationships with everyone he meets. Armed with the gift of discernment, he has the uncanny ability to walk alongside people and organizations as they struggle to connect with their deepest passions and engage their most debilitating demons. He challenges the world around him to be fully present, get real, and lead with empathy.

Juan Garzón

Juan is the Executive Director at Innovate Charlotte with more than 6 years of entrepreneurial ecosystem building experience in the region. Juan’s experience includes nonprofit and private business leadership, including as director of PitchBreakfast and principal of the  firm Garzon Company. 

Ranarda Jones

Ranarda is a true entrepreneur who has over eight established businesses under her belt. Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of the Pharmacy Benefits Management consulting company, Pharmacy Synergistics dba PSyn, Inc. She has over two decades of pharmacy practice experience and is an expert in Medicare operations, compliance, and quality ratings.

Christopher Phelps

Dr. Phelps is an entrepreneur, general dentist, and a best-selling author. He currently practices in Charlotte, NC and is the cohost of The Marketing Mindset Podcast. He is the founder and president of Golden Goose Scheduling, The Phelps Institute, Your Marketing CEO, Dental Membership Direct and is a lead trainer at Sunrise Dental Solutions.

 

Olga Ryzhikova

Olga brings in over 15 years of experience building software for all size businesses. Olga is a co-founder of Kepler Team, a software engineering catering to HealthTech companies. During the last 6 years Olga was working closely with various medical technology companies within the US startup ecosystem, as a technology consultant, deputy CTO and as vendor..

Eric Kirsch

As a fractional Chief Innovation Officer, Eric specializes in business development for new ideas, products, and companies. Notable achievements include growing a multi-location sleep lab, designing the first CME compliant virtual conference software in the U.S., and developing a direct contracting healthcare navigation and payment solution in the Greater Charlotte Area.

Megan Cohill

Megan Cohill, the Chief Marketing Officer of Blu House Socials. Armed with a degree from the University of Florida, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to her role, driving innovative marketing strategies that captivate audiences and elevate brands. Megan has over 10 years of experience in the marketing field.
